Advancing Science: Mizzou researchers elected to prestigious scientific society

Four Mizzou scientists (three in Chemistry) have been recognized for their innovative work. The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), a 166-year-old national organization, has named 401 new fellows, all elected by their peers for their scientifically or socially distinguished efforts to advance science and scientific applications. Among them are the University of Missouri’s Hank Foley, Silvia Jurisson, Krishna Sharma and Jerry Atwood.
